This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased through https://receivablestorunway.com or related checkout pages operated by Kaw Valley Digital, LLC d/b/a Kaw Valley Financial.
1. 15-Day Refund Window
We offer a 15-day refund window for eligible digital product purchases.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 15 calendar days of the purchase date at:

2. Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds may be approved for reasons such as:
- You did not receive the download link and we cannot resolve delivery
- You were charged twice for the same product
- You purchased the wrong version by mistake and contacted us promptly
- The file is inaccessible or corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement
- The product was materially different from what was described on the sales page
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We may deny refund requests where:
- The request is made more than 15 days after purchase
- The product was successfully delivered and the request is based only on buyer’s remorse
- The purchaser repeatedly buys and refunds digital products
- The purchaser downloaded, copied, used, and then requested a refund in bad faith
- The purchaser violated the Terms of Service
- The purchase was already refunded, disputed, charged back, or reversed
- The issue was caused by providing an incorrect email address and failing to contact us within the refund window
4. Digital Product Nature
Our products are digital downloads. Once a digital product is delivered, it can be copied, saved, printed, or used immediately. For that reason, we reserve the right to review refund requests for abuse, fraud, or bad faith.
5. No Results-Based Refunds
We do not provide refunds because a purchaser did not obtain financing, did not qualify for factoring, did not improve cash flow, did not achieve a desired business result, or disagreed with a lender’s decision.
Our products are educational. They do not guarantee funding, approval, savings, revenue, profit, business turnaround, or any specific result.
6. Processing Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Refund timing may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment network.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.
7. Refunds and Access
If a refund is issued, your license to use the product ends. You must stop using the product and delete or destroy downloaded copies, unless otherwise required for your own internal recordkeeping.
