Chargeback Policy

Last Updated: May 10, 2026

This Chargeback Policy applies to purchases made through https://receivablestorunway.com or related checkout pages operated by Kaw Valley Digital, LLC d/b/a Kaw Valley Financial

1. Contact Us Before Filing a Chargeback

If you have an issue with a purchase, duplicate charge, download link, product access, or billing question, contact us first at:

info@kawvalleyfinancial.com

Most delivery and billing issues can be resolved faster by contacting us directly than by filing a payment dispute.

2. Valid Payment Disputes

You should contact your bank or payment provider if you believe:

  • Your card or payment method was used without authorization
  • The charge was fraudulent
  • You do not recognize the transaction after reviewing your records
  • You attempted to resolve the matter with us and did not receive a reasonable response

3. Improper Chargebacks

A chargeback is improper if you file it after receiving the product and without first attempting to resolve the issue, or if the dispute is based on false or misleading information.

Examples of improper chargebacks include:

  • Claiming non-receipt after the product was delivered to the email address provided
  • Claiming fraud after making the purchase yourself
  • Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund within the 15-day refund window
  • Downloading or using the product and then disputing the charge in bad faith
  • Filing a chargeback because you did not achieve a desired business or financing result

4. What Happens After a Chargeback Is Filed

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may:

  • Suspend access to products, downloads, support, or services
  • Pause any pending refund request until the dispute is resolved
  • Submit evidence to the payment processor, bank, or card issuer
  • Provide proof of purchase, delivery, download access, email communication, IP logs, checkout records, and policy disclosures
  • Decline future purchases or services if we determine the chargeback was abusive or improper

5. No Double Recovery

You may not receive both a refund and a chargeback reversal for the same purchase. If a chargeback is pending, we may be unable to issue a direct refund until the payment processor or card issuer resolves the dispute.

6. Chargeback Fees and Costs

If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection costs, and other losses to the extent permitted by law.

7. Best Way to Resolve Issues

The fastest way to resolve most issues is to email us with your purchase details:
